A Special Message from Green Arch

WE ARE OPEN FOR TAKE OUT FRIDAY & SATURDAY!!

Green Arch recognizes the health and well-being of our valued customers and employees and both are always our top priority. As we navigate the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation together, I want to share with you the extra precautions we’re taking at Green Arch to serve you and to keep everyone as comfortable as possible while visiting Green Arch.

We have had sanitizing practices in place for several years and have continuously taken extra measures during the flu season as well.  We have always taken pride in the cleanliness and operation of our restaurant.  We have strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols at our restaurant. All departments have standard operating procedures for cleaning and sanitizing.  We expect that these protocols are strictly adhered to.

We’ve spent the last few weeks preparing for how the coronavirus (COVID-19) could impact this country and our community.  We are monitoring the CDC sight closely as well as our local Health Agencies.

We continue to share information with our employees on the best ways to keep themselves and their families safe and healthy. To help prevent the spread of the flu and coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re encouraging anyone who feels sick to please stay home, we love and care about our customers and employees, don’t get us wrong.   We have made our first priority the health of both.

In addition to our daily/weekly cleaning efforts, we’re increasing the time spent cleaning and sanitizing our restaurant and will continue this regimen long after the threat of these sicknesses are gone from our community. Bottom line: we want you to feel comfortable while dining at our restaurant and we want you to know that we are putting forth extra efforts to keep our restaurant clean for you!

We have been interfacing with our vendors to make sure that we have the most updated sanitizing solutions for combating the flu and coronavirus (COVID-19) and rest assured, we have those sanitizing solutions in place in our kitchen and in the front of the house (table areas) and our staff has been trained on the proper use and application of these solutions.

We have increased our table times to allow us time to do additional sanitizing before seating our next guests.  With that said, your promptness for your reservation is appreciated.

We have and have always had hand sanitizer in the bar, kitchen and dining area.  We now have at the host stand, individually wrapped hand wipes for your use, we encourage you to help yourself to these.

As we always say, Keep the Faith, Stand United and let’s be Great Together!
